Using biblical reference, cinnamon and cassia essential oils have commonly been used in holy anointing oils (these oils use olive oil as a carrier oil to help the essential oils penetrate the skin layer). Cassia is a close relative to cinnamon and has a strong and spicy aroma. Cassia has been used for thousands of years to maintain physical health and promote emotional well-being. Jasmine essential oil and flowers are known to act as antidepressants. Often, our negative thoughts of ourselves put us in a state of depression, resulting in us questioning our purpose and God’s plan for our lives. Together, jasmine, cinnamon, and cassia have been used in I am Gods plan candle to improve your mental well-being, self-esteem, agency, and moods. I am Gods plan candle will remind you of the purposeful design that God used in creating you. Check reference 3 below for more healing oils found in the bible.

Do you understand the details that God put into designing you? I've had long conversations with friends over the past few weeks. This season is leading the best people I know to question their worth, purpose, and contributions to the world. I've mostly heard, "I hate my job!", "What is my purpose if I can't even do my job well?", "What is God's plan for me if I have failed?". Let me tell you a little something; your purpose is independent of the job you chose, or the setbacks that have come your way. By simply waking up, trying your very best, and being kind to someone with your words and actions, you have served God's purpose for you! All that remains are choices...You are God's plan!

I am God's Plan - Affirmation Candle

Asase Ye Duru

This Adinkra symbol called “Asase Ye Duru”, or “The divine Mother Earth has weight”, is a symbol of power, providence, divinity, and a reminder to respect the earth. Asase is in the traditional religion of the Akan, where there exists a duality between the Mother Earth, personified as female goddess, and the divine water, personified as the male creator, God. Earth, as both realm of the dead, and the location for the creation of new life, is a gift to humans. Your existence was purposefully planned and should be regarded as such. Life can get insurmountable at times, leaving some of us feeling like giving up our earthly existence. However, always center yourself in your God and be reminded that you were created not only to serve your purpose, but to enjoy the precious gift of Earth from your creator.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”  -Psalm 46:10

Affirmations to Renew your Mind Daily:

I am strong and mighty. I have the same power that raised Christ from the dead dwelling inside of me. I am a weapon of righteousness in a world of darkness.
I am not my past. I am not what I did. I am who God says I am. He says I am forgiven. He says I am redeemed. He says I am free.
I am not a hostage to unhealthy thoughts. The weapons I fight with are not the weapons of this world. I have divine power to demolish strongholds.
I have the mind of Christ directing my thoughts. I have the Word of God guiding my steps.
I demolish every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God. I take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.
Worry is not my master. I trust in God. His peace guards my heart, guards my mind, and guards my soul in Christ Jesus.
My God has not given me a spirit of fear, but a Spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind.
The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid.
