Incense

Incense is a plant matter; when burned, it will emit both its aromatic and spiritual properties. Incense come in many forms: Sticks, spirals or coils, cones, loose powder, and raw plant materials. To simplify our inventory, all of our incense is produced and shipped in stick form with a complementary incense burner.

Incense burning was discovered in India and Southern Asia around 3300BC. It was used as a spiritual medium during prayer and worship. Even today, incense burning takes place in many spiritual ceremonies. For example, the Catholic church burn frankincense to connect its community and pay homage to its founding patron. While many cultures burn incense today, most of the incense that you purchase contain chemicals which aren't suitable for healthy spiritual practices.

At Affirm Candle LLC, our products continue to be free of chemicals as we protect mother Earth and strategically use her tools to drive our healing.
